alright I’m gonna start tracking my workouts in here so I can keep better track of improvements.

wall push-ups: 61 (28/33)
knee raises: 19 (10/9)

wall pull-ups: 72 (34/38) not sure if I’m gripping the wall section right, but ¯_(ツ)_/¯
jackknife squats: 23 (13/10)

straight-leg twists: avg. 43.6R and 46L (43+47 / 45+44 / 45+47) DEFINITELY going to try to do the easier adjustment version next time. I think I’m doing more work trying to support myself with my arm than I am with developing my core muscles.
glute bridges: 60 (31/29) again, not sure if I’m doing this right, but ¯_(ツ)_/¯

not working out today because I don’t feel well :( hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow!

didn’t work out yesterday either because my power was out for most of the day, but now it’s back and I’m going to try today!

wall push-ups: 72 (35/37). I think I’m starting to feel some small improvements with my upper arms, they feel firmer.
knee raises: 21 (11/10). every time I do knee raises I’m thankful it’s not sit-ups.

wall pull-ups: 105 (50/55). It’s a lot easier when I actually focus on keeping my shoulders back. I think shifting my grip (palm grip on the in motion, finger grip at the end of the out motion) helps too.
jackknife squats: 25 (13/12). I’ve been able to fix some of the balance issues I’ve been having by pushing the chair I’m using for support up against my bed.
