A post in here suggested "1 heart for 1 pushup". I thought that was pretty "meh." I will do these extra pushups with the general routine that I will be following.
I could also could use some advice as I have somewhat recently started to do calisthenics after on-and-off following Fitness Blender beginner videos. :)
I may or may not stop adding more pushups within 2 weeks or routinely add more depending on how many I get, I doubt I even get to add more than 150 pushups due to this.
I'm also new to this server - and I hope to get stronger and network with fellow people going through the same journey 😄
