I have two upper abdominals showing so upper abs are good, however can someone suggest me middle and lower ab workouts I can add to lower body day?

You can do leg raises which will have you covered; you don't really isolate your lower or mid abs, it's all one muscle - it'd be like trying to isolate the lower end of your biceps

If you only see the upper 2 then it's either genetics, your overall ab development, or your level of bodyfat (or a combination)

I'd not say mostly, especially hanging ones where you focus on really getting your hips up at the top (rounding your spine); with more bent knees you'll also shift the focus onto the abs a bit more

If you have gym access then you can do a cable crunch instead

are the leg raises with oblique twists effective?
