You can do leg raises which will have you covered; you don't really isolate your lower or mid abs, it's all one muscle - it'd be like trying to isolate the lower end of your biceps
If you only see the upper 2 then it's either genetics, your overall ab development, or your level of bodyfat (or a combination)

I'd not say mostly, especially hanging ones where you focus on really getting your hips up at the top (rounding your spine); with more bent knees you'll also shift the focus onto the abs a bit more
But yes they're included of course
If you have gym access then you can do a cable crunch instead
ye definitely for the hanging ones and variations can help target abs more

i heard there is more oblique and lower back activation
