Help With Decathlon Ring

So I bought rings form decathlon a while ago and followed the manual on the back of the box on how to set up the rings, which makes me tie a knot to hold them up. Lekso told me that you can just put the strap through the buckle to make it adjustable so I’ve made this to ask people who have these rings on their experiences with them if they have set them up the Lekso way.

Because I did that, they aren’t easily adjustable

Lekso said js put the strap through the buckle for it to be adjustable

The box manual had me make a knot in the strap to keep it stable

So I can’t adjust it easily
