Hi yall, I am new here and IDK where to post workout questions, so I’ll just post here.
Q: How much time does it usually take you to progress between stages?
I am feeling I’m not progressing fast enough. I’ve been at level 1 for a month now (I have upper body strength of an over-boiled noodle), and can’t get over 20 wall push-ups.
Looking for some reassurance/tips 🙂
