What are some of the best exercises to strengthen your lower back (without any equipment)?

If you have questions about fitness make sure to check out https://www.hybridcalisthenics.com/routine first, as there are answers to a lot of your questions right here!
Also try to figure out your sleeping position. I found that when I sleep on my side my spine would be in a twisted position. Sleeping on your back can reduce back pain.
Hanging feels really good and I think it could definitely help a lot, I like to do 5 sets to failure after my normal workout. Also, just like Brooke said, changing your sleeping position can help a ton.
Also, as most experts say, "The best posture is the one that is changing every 15 minutes.". Make sure whenever you're sitting down, or even standing up, change your posture every few minutes.
You could also get up from your chair and do some light stretching every now and then.
Hope this helps.
I used to have lower back pain when I was just doing calisthenics. I used stretches like cat and cow pose, twist holds and bridge holds - they helped soothe the pain away for the short term.
But I think what finally cured my back pain was kettlebell deadlifts and swings. I learnt how to deadlift and swing properly with good form --- and after some weeks of doing this I realised that my chronic back pain was actually gone. So basically the hip-hinge movement is what helped most I think.
Reverse Hyper Machine to traction the lower back
bring blood there
strengthen it
back extensions
Best cure is to ask your doctor, alot of the stuff in here is good advice, but if you're able to find, like, an actual medical professional that'd be ideal.
Depends on the doctor
