No difference really so long as the volume is the same and you are using a working weight for yourself.

studies show the effective rep range is as high as 30. But really in higher rep ranges sometimes cardio becomes the inhibiting factor before muscle fatigue, so i feel most people will do better staying in a 6-15 rep range.
