In the grand scheme of things it likely won’t make enough of an effect for any real life results
If you sleep comfortably then that helps you get better recovery in, which is more important than a small uptake in metabolism/calories burnt
I’ve never heard of a bodybuilder speeding up their cut or bulk through the manipulation of their sleeping temperature, and it would be incredibly hard to facilitate any anecdotal evidence upon the effect of sleeping temperature on metabolism
