I'm in love with this games lore and I'm still super curious about it, its absolutely massive and still has chunks of island on it, how was it controlled? I know it was a mechanism of some type but why did it exist?
Also curious if there will be any extension of this game because theres still some open ends in the lore, like ||who built the machine at the end of sunken city?||

i believe the idea is it's a dead and decrepit version of the inside of those green globes in level 1 that you can see but can't enter.
