@sonic quartz uninstall your mods and check if that still happens

im on PC, i deleted any mods from my folder and its still like this

i had mods for nightwing and he wasnt affected

Any suit customization mods? Try changing her suit and see if it still happens

That is clearly mod issue. I suspect it cause the suit customization by Amatt

Try to change other suit, may be it will fix the problem
