steam is still giving me the manifest missing error even after the error they rolled out, anyone knows whats wrong ?

try relogging from the menu in the upper right of Steam

It's a mix of either manifest or connection time out. But it just won't update on Steam for me.

I've tried relogging, clearing the download cache, and changing my download region.

yeah me too since yesterday. But logging out from that specific place seems to have jump started the new fix for me

But I don't know what the hell is happening now. They said it would be two downloads. It downloaded something and stopped. But my whole system is still lagging as if something were still being downloaded

same i tried clearing the cashe, restarting my computer, loggin out and back into steam, i havent tried deleting and redownloading steam though. I think it might just be an error in the game files, but idk.

oh snap and it just timed out , refreshed itself and is downloading again

Right now I'm at 16% of what I can only speculate is the second download they mentioned in the pinned post on Steam

mine finally finished downloading but my whole system is all laggy now. Going to restart everything and see if it launches the game.

After uninstalling it did reinstall and seems playable.
