Am I the only one that experiencing this problem. At certain moments, the game plays at a 50-60fps. However in MOST moments it tanks hard to 30fps and below. I tried all settings, btw i have an RTX 4050 laptop.

Yeah i was looking into it, PC version seems to run heavy on CPUs and not use GPUs when it should. PC is optimized fairly well for this type of game but it needs a fix to stop CPU bottlenecking
ive tested multiple rendering and quality settings and no matter what i suffer frame drops on RTX 3090 with an Intel i9
