Everytime there is a cutscene that is about to happen. My frames drop drastically to under 5 fps for up to 3 seconds tops then shoot right back up to their normal amount. I tried verifying files, even re installed the game. Then I tried messing around with settings in game, and settings in NVIDIA control panel. Nothing seems to work. Im playing with a 4080 and i9 process. The normal frames I get are 120.
