I’ve got my discord linked to patreon and I bought a membership yesterday and joined the discord and left today and rejoined still haven’t got access to the patreon channels not sure if I’m doing something wrong.

make sure you're linking the correct account, relink your account on patreon and rejoin the server
otherwise you need to wait, as the patreon bot is quite slow
