You can probably get away with just drag and dropping them from your curseforge profile folder

Had some pvp servers back in 2019, but it was so much easier to install haha

Well those numbers will sky rocket with create
Also since you're starting, my top tips:
- don't rush, take your time
- play around in creative with things
- don't attempt to replicate what other people, especially content creators have done
- schematics are life savers

But create has one inbuilt into it
So if that's good enough for you you don't need another
