it was said that i should (open Launcher and go to your instances)

and i dont know what is meant exactly. i think i should open my mc launcher and then (Click the import button in the top left)

you are using the vanilla launcher right?

you need to use a third party one

#

i personally use prism

but curseforge might be better for you

for prism you need to download and manually select all java versions that minecraft uses

im completly new to such things so i dont know what can even Support mods but i have forge and iris. idk if iris can even do mods.

you need to download an alternative minecraft launcher called curseforge launcher which allows you to manage modpacks more easily
