My world disaperred from the minecraft menu but its still in the file

It might have a different file name than the name in the list

Or have some files corrupted

#

Try to look for the second name below the actual one which is the file name

If that doesnt show up your world probably has some sort of corrupted file that makes minecraft unable to find it as a world

@gleaming bridge so it is a corrupted file but the next issue is that my worlds keep getting corrupted

My guess would be your closing by some means other then save and close from the Game menu... Otherwise... then it might be you updated some mod in the pack that made it no longer compatible with another mod at the save file level...

I am correctly closing minecraft and I have downloaded the pack from curseforge so I don't believe it's that

Have you updated any of the pack mods or is it the straight download at the current version?

At first I had essential but I reinstalled the pack and it still continues to happen
