Every time I load a creative test world, there's a differing number of items in the Create section of the creative inventory. Sometimes if I reload, it comes back--sometimes, it'll never show up. If I give myself some items I can sometimes craft them, but they don't show up in JEI, either.

Yea you have to reload generally
