#Problems connecting screen to Fly e3 Ultra

Hi guys,

I have a screen, MKS Mini 12864 V3.0 and want to connect it to a Fly E3 Ultra. Although there are no specific instruction toconnect it t othe board, the informatin I find online is a bit confusing. It seems to me that theorically it can since its a ST756 based 12864 display. I tried both the suggested method for the "RepRap Discount Full Graphic Smart Controller" and the "FYSETC mini 12864 RGB Panel" but none of it really worked. The cables are rotated 180 deg and the connection match the "Fysetc 12864". The leds light up and the buzzer sound when I send the corresponding command. Is there a way to mnake it work? If so, what should I try?

Post an output of M122 P200 and what menu files are you using? Along with the lines from your config.g

i can't see any reason why it wouldn't, except that the screen expects 3.3v or 5v. the ultra has 5v on both headers so you'd be feeding 5v in where it expects 3.3v

I got to the project I was into. I switched the voltage from 5V to 3.3V, althoug its supposed to work with either 5V or 3.3V

Nontheless the screen wont lit up with the 3.3V

The github page states compatibility only with Marlin and Klipper, but I dont see why it wouldnt work with reprap

any suggestions why? the FLY mini 12864 directly states compatibiliy with reprap as well as Marlin and Klipper
