So hi, my parts come out smaller (delta) how do i compensate. Z is fine X and Y is smaller by almost the same amount. Experimented with some M579 but as documentation says, that is not really and option due to cross talk on deltas.

GG @ember river, you just advanced to level 7!

Are you sure your rod lengths are correct?

Well unless they were wrong in the firmware from the factory.

Possibly

Ill check that

Probably a calibration issue with the arm length, yeah. Changing this will require recal on the delta radius, too (to get it printing flat).

Right, fun stuff.

FWIW I have had no issues using M579 to iron out the last couple tenths of a percent of off-scale after manually dialing in my delta's cal to print flat and at ~99.85% of sliced scale.

#

I do manual cal cycles to get as close as possible, then print 150mm bars and adjust them to 150.00mm with M579.

Yeah, got this machine "plug and play" well its not. From what i noticed im off by around 2.6 mm after hand messurment of arm and delta radius, got it down to 1.2mm

Might use the stuff to build a custom printer sooner or later anyways
