If your inventory is full, you can't loot new itens that are stackable (example: gold, potions, linen, ore...), you need to free 1 slot then you can get more itens.

Noticed that too, seems like a bug. Workarounds: 1 - Drop one item, loot, pick it up; 2 - Manual drag and drop stacked items

Agree, this seems to be an easy fix and yes it can be annoying if you’re in a rush
