Select forest map
Click "Mission:", click "Refinery", click BACK
Click "Teleport"

Visually the selected map is refinery, but its actually a queue to the forest map

This is what happened the time i told u i ended up in refinery instead of wolfswood during that stability test Jess, glad Claw pinned it down

Definitely had a similar issue with duo/solo queue selection. Chose solo, after queuing it suddenly changed back to duo without any notice.

"when selecting a level in the map players must hit TELEPORT in the map section, if they go back and then teleport from the button in the lobby then the game will still launch the last level played"

^ While this is the actual behavior, IMO this is bad UX. You should not need to click teleport for the map selection to "stick"

Also leaving a group should update you to solos automatically IMO
