Can you try creating a new lobby and check if they are back? It might be a visual issue

I can confirm that this happened to me aswell, but with werewolf hearts, had a stack of 38, pulled a stack of 9 to it, and the stack of 38 vanished, not in the inventory, not stash. This happened while transferring from inventory to stash.
