Auto attacks can be modified with Rapid Rupture.
Q can be modified with Wilder Swing
Passive is modified with Thick Skin
Oh unless you mean the tier upgrades of abilities in character profile, I dislike that entire system of grinding to unlock the full potential of an ability so I don't want more of it.
But hypothetically if the upgrade system was done better it would be cool to also include passive and Q and even potentially auto attack.

Frozen slam + q is the one of the best way to apply freeze (behind wilder swingQ+frozen slam or Q and two frozen slams.)
Taunt doesn't change zone 1 to zone 29.
The taunt and freeze scales on barb, just the dmg doesn't but if its not rupture it's not dmg anyway.
Can make dmg or healing off Q % based (if it's not already) that way it scales indefinitely.
I just don't like the tier upgrade system (hate feeling weaker because I don't have everything unlocked) so I don't want more of it.
