What framework do I use?

I want to make a website like duolingo. i know i need a backend and database for this. I also want to be able to expand to mobile. I cant make up my mind over what to use. I might use supabase for database or mongodb. for backend I was thinking express with normal frontend (no react?). google says i can use nextjs which im learning a bit. apparently nextjs can replace express js completely but i dont really trust that. What if I need express features later.
