I had the same problem a while ago when I was building the uber app

You should first check whether your wifi network in ur laptop is the same as the one in ur phone

Usually that should fix it

if it still doesnt work, then you can try changing it to tunnel but i dont think thats required

since the networks being same should fix it anways
