Library to take user input and generate a PDF report based on the inputs

Hi scripters, I'm looking for a library that will help me build a project that will generate a "Enterprise Security Architicture" plan as a PDF file.

The whole generation of pdf will based on the user inputs, so it fetches the inputs and able to calculate certain stuff and add charts etc and generate a pdf file with logo and cool design to it
