Hello! As I said in the title, how on earth are you guys finding jobs? I have 60 + applications that have been pending for months, have had my resume professionally reviewed (as well as peer reviewed by you guys) and have a decent amount of portfolio work. I have gotten maybe 3 or 4 responses, which are all rejections lol. I know the market is super tough atm so I know this is normal, but I'm just seeking advice and tips that could maybe help me out a bit.

Where are you located and where did you try to get in?
I'm located in virgina, US....where I live there are no real development opportunities so I've been applying to remote positions all over, super competitive out there lol
Ok so us citizenship should be an advantage... sadly many entrerprises are looking for somebody who can also come into office. I guess you can try it more in startups,...
What helped me, was doing a project Management course in coursera.... that one from google and that one from ibm should broaden your skills and show at least basic understanding for project work... i think this is a great skill too...
Ok thank you!
Any way you can send me a link?
Also, any other advice you guys can give me, I'm all ears!
Are you not even getting responses to your resume or are you getting interviews and then failing there? If you’re not even getting interviews then you need to think about how you can stand out even more and look over things like your LinkedIn and GitHub profiles too
Not even getting interviews
