You can get a taster here and find links to the books references.
The title refers to a possible future in which the far right can no longer rely on capitalism and using historical references suggests how ecological arguments could in future be subverted to support a fascist agendas. It does not refer to and current "ecofascism" which is mearly a concept. By the authors own admission the term "Ecofascism" is somewhat inappropriate and has previously been used to smear legitimate climate concerns.
Whilst I'm sure the authors have good intentions I think the title is an inappropriate punchline to grab attention.
In a future with insufficient resources there will be people who come up with reasons based on race and historical connection to land to justify their existence over others.
You don't need to read a book listing the possible methods to work that out.

Did you read the book?
Omg this book looks amazing. What a great incentive to get back into bookclub!
And if the carrot doesn’t work… 😉😈😇
Thanks for this link a core book.
this looks like another interesting read that the library doesn't have 😅
If you're in the US, please let me know - I was able to get it via collaboration between my local library and a university one. I can look up the link I used to check
oh, then maybe i could interlibrary loan it, i didn't check that way
this is how i just realized i have over $100 in library overdue fees 💀
howwwww
okay time to return those books I keep forgetting
you're right. that would be a good option. it seems I'm temporarily barred from borrowing more books for the above reason, but I could try and check it out later. 😅
Sometimes libraries have amnesty days
The library I go to doesn't even normally have late fees, I thought. I will have to go in and beg for forgiveness and just slowly pay it off over time enough that I can check out books again
Maybe they're charges for the books themselves since it's been a while?
the books were so late they were registered as lost in the system, but I returned them and the fines are gone
My local library & librarians are the best
Book club solving problems
My copy just arrived
now I gotta cram
Hello everyone! I was 100% ready to have book club today, but found out that I did not, in fact, schedule the events!
I absolutely remember doing so and even looking up the midpoint of the book but...I also had a really high Covid fever at the time?!
Since the book is pretty short, we will just have one session two weeks from today. Here's the event. https://discord.gg/xRBqsAn3?event=1295067368481095782
I apologize for hallucinating that I created Discord events
