Looking for video footage

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place here, but I'll try anyway. I am currently investigating a man who died more than 3 years ago by jumping in front of a train at Utrecht central station, in the Netherlands. To this day it has not been determined what his name is. I'm trying to change that. I know he left that morning from Köln Messe station, Germany. Now I would like to see video footage of that day so I know from which direction he came to the station. Does anyone have an idea how I can try to find this out? Or maybe you have other advice on how to approach this?

It happened on Tuesday evening, June 9, 2020 at Utrecht central station, he jumped in front of an incoming train. The police found about 1,500 euros in bills in his trouser pocket, and nothing else.
