That's the date when the Wagner Convoy was filmed in Voronezh Oblast, there are some geolocations
The footage of the maps are older, you will see that there was new top and paintings in the compared video. You should check geoconfirmed on Twitter.
Did you ever figure out where this happened?
Here's a video that I'm pretty sure is of the aftermath of the strike. Be careful when looking at this channel; there's some gory stuff posted in it. https://t.me/c/1660608608/9777
I went ahead and downloaded the video.
I have hunch that the strike was around here: 49.653417°, 39.760385° At about 00:05 in the video that you shared, right before and during the explosions, I counted 4 projectiles raining down.
The yellow line on this satellite image represents the section of road that I think the vehicle this was filmed from covered.
The dash cam car turns around and stops before a ⬅️ curve, where do you think that is
I believe that it was where the northern end of my yellow line is.
Here's a video from the location of the strikes. https://twitter.com/i/status/1674145135112724484 After seeing this one, I'm revising the coordinates of the explosions about 75 meters southward to here: 49.652755°, 39.760181°
I cropped and marked up the first frame of the above video as well as a skewed 8 September 2021 satellite image to show how the landscape features in the distance compare.
