What's wrong:
Container-use isn't working right for me. Three big problems:
Takes forever to start - Making new environments takes way too long (like 5+ minutes)
Keeps failing - Environments crash or don't start up properly
Claude Code gets stuck - Always stops at "container-use running server" and never moves forward
I'm just using next.js to building landing site
When I try using Claude Code → it gets stuck and never works
I have to keep trying over and over

MacOs, Running Next.Js, Node 20. Docker Desktop. Trouble Creating Container, Getting Stuck on Task 2/3 times. Take extremely long time to complete task comparing running without container-use.

@jovial oak any chance you can truncate /tmp/container-use*.log, run another test and share those?

I’m confused by the initial report… when you say “container use running server” gets stuck and never moves forward, you mean Claude code bugs out and gets stuck during server startup?
Also what do you mean by environments “crash”? i assume you're getting some errors back? or do you mean that the MCP server is crashing?
