you are the first person other than me that I know uses it 😛 - what you mention here might just be an oversight, would welcome a PR for it.

re: the second part I suppose you could do something like ctr.withRootfs(ctr.rootfs().withTimestamps()) (with that fix)

Ah good shout!

So you probably already know it, but timestamps are good for reproducible builds.

I wont have time to commit to the PR, but if I do I'll hunt it down. I'm pretty comfortable with golang thankfully 😆

np! and yeah, I added withTimestamps so I could use it for https://github.com/vito/bass, which sets all timestamps to 1985 lol
