Let's say i have puchased new machine and i dont want to install anything rather then dagger? then can dagger detect machine os and install container runtime by asking in cli only while installing dagger only like
Which container runtime you like to install?

Containerd (Specification)
Dcoker
This setup can help new developers to get up and running dagger without friction?
Any suggestions?
