GA error: Unable to process file command 'output' successfully.

Versions of dagger-for-github v6.15 (which introduces dagger v0.13.7) and up fail with the above error. v6.14 works. I also get an Invalid format error from a console.log, suggesting that there is a multi-line string output, from a quick internet search. Has anyone else encountered this regression?
