@pearl goblet did you get a chance to take a look at this?
I gave up on yarn since it ran into more errors (trying to find graphql-tag)
My current process is running

dagger develop --sdk=typescript && npm install && rm -rf node_modules/@dagger.io/dagger/node_modules

That puts be in a 'good' state when running locally
