Sorry about that! Have you tried dagger run with 0.11? I'm curious how much of this is 0.11 vs. modules

For the visualization issues, have you tried Traces? It works with dagger run too, as long as you're on the latest version (we changed the telemetry system to be otel-based)

I have definitely noticed the startup slowness as well as source code transfer to context slowness. It's sporadic too. Sometimes it slow and sometimes it's fast.
