dagger modules in air gapped/disconnected env

Will dagger modules work on an air gapped env? Assuming I have the dagger cli and the engine running and the appropriate experimental env set. Would a python hello world local dagger module work or is the go runtime element of the sdk dependent on the internet? Sorry if this has been asked before.

It probably won't work out of the box today, but it's not fundamentally impossible. We need to spend some cycles on finding the "leaks" and plugging them so to speak 🙂

I would love an "airplane mode"
