yep, it is built on top of progrock
the latest changes were introduced in this PR https://github.com/dagger/dagger/pull/6704
there are a few demos in there as well

It's easy to check it out yourself!
you'll see it in action by just creating a new module with dagger init after upgrading to 0.10.0
you'll also be able to see it by running any module
