As I’m writing this, the .circleci/config.yaml file in one of my projects is 1,251 lines.

This hits so close to home. I spent 3 years at CircleCI trawling through these sorts of configs.

I couldn't find it... Maybe I'm too much of a hackernews noob.

What's the connection as to why you would post this? Some of what garden's site claims are things dagger can do. Would you see them as a competitor? Or are they using dagger under the hood perhaps? Is there a connection between dagger and garden that I'm missing?

As you can see I'm not very focused on competition, everyone is going to do what they're going to do

Ah that makes sense. Def agree, raise all boats. I'm on mobile, I'll check again once I get a bigger screen. Happy to try and get the viz clear that dagger provides a lot of their promise.
