THis is a different issue from the previous one. There is no error message, builds just timeout every time.

The above step appears to stuck in a running state.

@zinc citrus - I don't have an answer yet about the root-cause, but this does indeed appear to be related specifically to Zenith. The team will take the debugging I've done so far and get back to the thread with more info tomorrow.
