Are you thinking about caching the Dagger volumes between runs, and by proxy any CacheVolume you use will also be available? (images pulled to probably)

worth noting there is a 10G limit in GHA: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/caching-dependencies-to-speed-up-workflows#usage-limits-and-eviction-policy
