👋 summoning @tawdry sleet and @sacred compass here
I found out that there is an experimental environment flag: _EXPERIMENTAL_DAGGER_CLOUD_TOKEN now i only need help how to generate such a token. any chance? 🙂 @tawdry sleet @sacred compass
after updating the dagger cli the "dagger login" command now seems to work (again). i now have to login in the browser and get cli output that i'm now logged in. \o/ but still no runs are shown in the cloud ui. what am i missing?
Hi Fabian! Can we connect today on this?
Hi, thanks for offering help. Unfortunately i was already asleep because of the different timezone 😄 Today i won't have time but i plan to do more talks later this year. Will keep nagging until it works for me 🙂
Thanks, @glossy lark we're still in a very limited early access state to Dagger Cloud, but will be opening up more general access over time. Definitely DM me to learn more. 🙏
I'm going to check out your talk from earlier today! 😍 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-sDJrJBKuY
@glossy lark from your talk and deck I got the impression that you were a fan of the CUE SDK. I'd love to hear how your migration to the Node.js SDK went. Perhaps you'd want to demo on our Dagger Community call? https://github.com/fkretzer/daggeriotnd22/tree/typescript-sdk

I‘m definitely a fan of cue and already was before discovering dagger. But in the context of dagger i‘m now convinced that the native SDKs are the right way forward. So I‘m totally fine with the decision 🙂 atm I don‘t have enough to showcase but will definitely do a demo if the right usecase appears in a project.
I'd also love to work with the community on a Kotlin SDK for the Java and Jenkins people who have skill and investment in Kotlin. I've had other requests for that. Let me know if you want to help drive that 🙂
I got the impression from your intro that MLOps might be an interest too. @faint pond is looking into that quite a bit lately. Maybe some collaboration we could do there? (recent project of Sam's: https://github.com/samalba/hf-model-ops).
I can definitely connect you to the colleagues in the company which are heavily involved in the MLOps space. That’s definitely not my field of expertise, but there is happening a lot atm. Will ask around in our internal slack channels.
