Remote Engine STDOUT error?

Running with export _EXPERIMENTAL_DAGGER_RUNNER_HOST=tcp://10.101.48.185:1234

and I get this opaque error.

confirmed I'm running privileged w/ cap sys admin.

I'm using engine 0.3.12

Not sure where to go from here.

FWIW I dont get this error if I just use a standard buildkit daemon

What is running at tcp://10.101.48.185:1234 a container of the dagger engine? The dagger engine itself? a buildkit daemon?

I think stand-alone buildkit daemon dosn't work anymore Tanguy since it doesn't have our shim. It needs to be the Dagger engine OCI image

I see... I interpreted "standard builkit daemon" as local engine. But could be wrong

Huh yeah that's a pretty odd error. Do you have any more details on how you are setting up the engine you can share? Also, buildkit should print logs to its stdout/stderr, so would be helpful to see if they contain anything interesting

Totally forgot about this thread. I'm not certain what I did wrong, but things are working ok now.
