Hi, when I run a dagger do deploy I'm getting: Error: input: Unknown operation named "deploy". but it has worked in the past. Has something changed recently?

yeah... probably not. We're currently not controlling that ourselves AFAIK. I'd recommend downloading from the release binaries in GH. Seems like you're running a devel engine 🙏

@opaque finch yes, I heard a report that arch is serving the wrong binary currently. Do you happen to know folks there? Otherwise I'll lob an email in to George Rawlinson.
