latest Europa release is 0.2.36, so you can use this for the moment https://github.com/dagger/dagger/tree/v0.2.36/pkg/universe.dagger.io. Still not sure what universe.dagger.io will become after the new dagger-cue refactor. cc @old gate any inputs here?

That's definitely where it is for now. I'm unsure about that, as well. We haven't discussed it in depth.
