No doesn't ring any immediate bells. I will decode that string to look for hints, but in the meantime, are these calls now all happening within the same engine.Start callback?

I'm not sure, in the current cloak codebase we only have project %q not found as an error message, so I don't know where fs %q not found is coming from unless I missed something. The contents of the fs look normal

If you have the buildkit progress log output that you get when this happens that might help indicate where the error is happening
