What do you mean with "missing town plots"? You can't build homes for the NPCs. 🤔 May it be possible, that you watched an older video where they made this?

Yes, I cant build homes for NPCs. Has that feature been removed from the game? I just got the game last week and I read many posts that you can build homes and make NPCs move in

That was an older version of the game during 'Early Access'. There was one big city with all NPCs. But that's not in the game anymore. There are smaller villages now and you can't build homes for NPCs. There are no plots to get.
