This shit almost wiped my entire driver because of a virus that went and sought it out specifically. Took me an hour to scan and find, then had to restart after a quarantine to remove it completely. Once I relogged and tried to open Modrinth it was gone, meaning Modrinth is the issue. Please make an announcement ASAP to warn everyone else about this update and not to install it, otherwise they'll be at risk themselves.

My bad, knee jerk reaction. Just kinda figured the players USING modrinth FOR SNR should be made aware of it at the time, can't really blame me for that.
I'm also certain that by now with how much time has passed between experiencing this, posting this, and now your comment that someone in the modrinth discord is aware of the issue and has likely already fixed it or is working on it.
