also you can place tracks, make bogey, delete tracks

place the bogie of your choice on the tracks

use the rope pully to move it off the tracks, and lower it back on the ground in another spot

then cover it up with some tallgrass, and you have an abandoned fake bogie

and then you have a fake bogie

its as simple as that

I think what his idea is, bogies that do not act like bogies, they are just purely decorative, when placed on a train they just have the texture and look of a bogie but don't count as one, and they can also be placed on the floor without the need of a track to give it an abandoned look.

Placing it on a Locomotive allows them to turn on turns and for the wheels to spin, but do not act like a bogie, they act like a flywheel, just spin nothing else.
